I bought the car a little over a month agofrom a local vw dealership that brought it in on a trade. I immediately took it to my trusted classic bmw mechanicfor a look over. The only reason i'mselling it is because i'm just too tall for it. I thought i could make it work with a smaller steering wheel, butit remains uncomfortable after 15 minutes. I have the original steering wheel as well as a windscreen whichpaint chips from normal driving, which is to be expected. Overall the paint is in great shape for the age. There isone spot near the gas tank which i've tried to show in a picture above. It looks like paint ran from a respray, nottotally sure what it could be from. There is a small dent above the front right wheel which can been seen in apicture above.
